FabbHome is a custom home decor platform specializing in made-to-order wallpaper and design products. In addition to offering its own products, FabbHome provides a marketplace where independent designers can upload and sell their designs.

All products are produced specifically for each customer based on their selected options, dimensions, and design preferences.

2. Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Unauthorized use of the website, including attempts to gain access to restricted areas or interfere with system performance, is strictly prohibited.

3. Made-to-Order Products

All products offered by FabbHome are made to order.

Each order is custom-produced based on the specific inputs provided by the customer, including but not limited to measurements, materials, and design selections.

Due to this custom nature:

• Products cannot be resold

• Returns are limited

• Changes may not be possible after production begins

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and final.

4. Measurements & Installation Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all measurements provided.

FabbHome is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect measurements, improper installation, or failure to follow provided guidelines.

We strongly recommend reviewing our measuring and installation guides prior to placing an order.

5. Product Representation & Colors

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.

However, due to variations in screen settings, lighting conditions, and production processes, actual colors and finishes may differ.

FabbHome does not guarantee exact color matching.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is calculated based on product specifications, including size and material selection.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed in full before production begins.

7. Order Processing & Production

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed.

Due to the made-to-order production model, orders may enter production quickly and cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

Estimated production times are provided for guidance only and may vary.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary depending on production and delivery location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

FabbHome is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect shipping information

• Shipping carriers

• Customs clearance processes

9. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Each case is reviewed individually, and resolutions may include replacement, refund, or store credit.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.

10. Designer Marketplace

FabbHome allows independent designers to upload and offer designs through the platform.

Designers retain ownership of their content but grant FabbHome a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and sell their designs.

FabbHome is not responsible for designer-submitted content, including potential copyright or trademark violations.

If you believe content infringes your rights, please contact us.

11. Affiliate Program

FabbHome may offer an affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions by sharing referral links.

Affiliate commissions are subject to verification and may be withheld in cases of:

• Fraudulent activity

• Self-referrals

• Abuse of the system

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

• Are non-transferable
